If the product fails due to manufacturing, assembly, or material defect, and you have not altered or abused the item, it will be repaired or replaced, free of charge
All warranty returns require a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). This number can be acquired by contacting a KAISER US. By email to [email protected].
To return an item
- Must be the original purchaser
- A Copy of Invoice
- Securely Package
- RMA Number clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Packages shipped to KAISER US will not be accepted without an RMA number marked on the outside of the box and the customer will be responsible for shipping
After receiving the product with the proper paperwork and RMA number, Kaiser US. will inspect the returned item will determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced, it may take up to five to six weeks before returning to the customer
All warranties for non-KAISER US manufactured products are through the original manufacturer. KAISER US does not warrant any non-KAISER US manufactured products beyond the manufacturers’ warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
Any parts that are custom built such as X-7 receiver set, custom-built rifle, pistol, or pin & well barrels, painted, or any modification altered, or abused parts are not refundable or replace.
