Repair/Exchanges

 

We make every effort to fulfill your order correctly, completely, and with the utmost care and concern. However, we do realize that sometimes returns are unavoidable. If you need to return an item for either exchange or repair, please read the following guidelines:

All returns must be made within 7 days of the Received date. Please take the time to inspect your item within 7 days. Returns made after 7 days will not be refunded.

All warranty returns require a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). This number can be acquired by contacting a KAISER US. By email to [email protected].

To return an item

  • Must be the original purchaser
  • A Copy of Invoice
  • All accessories originally shipped with the item must be returned (including magazines, etc.)
  • Securely Package
  • RMA Number clearly marked on the outside of the package
  • Packages shipped to KAISER US will not be accepted without an RMA number marked on the outside of the box and customer will be responsible for shipping
  • After receiving the product with the proper paperwork and RMA number.
  • All returns are subject to inspection or tested.  will determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced

Exchanges are handled in the order received. Depending upon the season, the volume of business, or product availability, you may experience a short delay up to five to six weeks before returning to the customer

If we deem the product to be satisfactory and as advertised, the total refund could be minus 35% restocking fee.

Any newly manufactured item should be returned to the manufacturer for exchange. In most cases, the manufacturer carries the warranty on these parts and needs to be replaced by the factory as not to void that warranty. When in doubt, please contact the manufacturer first to arrangements for the return.

Return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returned items should be sent using Ground service through any carrier. COD packages will be refused. Charges incurred from shipping centers will not be reimbursed.

Form 4473 Failure – If you fail your background check (4473 form) you have the option of retaining the parts minus lower receiver and 35% restocking fee from total purchase and/or minus shipping if applicable.

**Custom orders with non-standard features including but not limited to custom serial numbers, coating, paint, hydro dip, engraving, pin barrel, etc. cannot be returned or refunded.

FFL products may take longer to process. Not providing an FFL or info on the FFL dealer of your choice will result in the cancellation of your order and a 35% restocking fee.
