We shipped FedEx or UPS for rifle, Pistol, or X-7 receiver set
Any item that requires an FFL license will only be shipped to an FFL licensee.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs insurance.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without an RMA NUMBER AND KAISER US. WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COST. Please contact us before shipping at [email protected]
Kaiser US. Will refund the cost of shipping if any part of Kaiser US. is found to be faulty from the factory.
All rifles have a 5/6-week minimum turn around time if any custom options are chosen. Additional time may be required if ordering through the custom shop for services such as coatings, finishes, gunsmithing.
